Best Advice
Linda's advice to REALTORS® just starting out is to find a company and a mentor that subscribes to values such as your own. She believes that agents should not work at real estate sales part-time. Real estate is a complicated business and doing just a little bit here or little there is a disservice to you as well as to your clients.

If this is the profession for you, she tells people, then go for it on a full-time basis with all of the gusto you were blessed with. She personally believes that agents should spend a year or two as an assistant and learn the business from the ground up before branching out on their own.

The Results
Linda's achievements and awards deservedly position her as a real estate superstar. She's a Lifetime Member of the Glendale Board of REALTORS®, is in the top 1 percent of Realty Executives internationally, has personally sold over $434,621,774 and approximately 2109 homes in eighteen years and just recently placed second in volume in the Phoenix Business Journal's REALTOR®, rankings for last year, and received the 2004 Arizona Business Journal - Volunteer/Community Service Award. However, if you were to ask Linda what her real accomplishments have been, she would say "I feel like I've done three things right in my life....my son, my daughter, and Christmas Angels."
