KRISTI ISEMAN

Kristi Iseman is Linda's assistant. She enjoys working with people and it is her goal to ensure Linda's clients have a smooth, successful and pleasant home buying experience.

Kristi has always worked with people, first as a LPN in her home state of Minnesota and then as a Group Exercise Supervisor for Bally Total Fitness. She obtained a Real Estate License in June of 2000. She has been a volunteer with the Angel Tree program for the past 10 years.

Tina Garcia graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Education in 2001. Team members, associates, and clients know Tina as a girl that can light up any room. Her outgoing personality and genuine happy and caring attitude graces all she meets; she knows no strangers, all are friends.

Tina's responsibilities as Listing Coordinator include marketing responsibilities, implementation of listings to the MLS system, flyer design and layout, and writing and maintaining updates to the advertising for Home & Land, Homes Illustrated and Northwest Valley News magazines.

Mark Summers has been a resident of the valley since 1990.  For the past 19 years Mark has immersed himself in the financial, mortgage & real estate industries. He offers unique insight, combined with expertise knowledge and a special level of professionalism.

Mark spent valuable years in the loss mitigation departments of Bank one and more recently JP Morgan Chase, where he developed and mastered his negotiating skills while keeping up with ever changing industry standards.

With the foundation being laid, Mark started his company, Summers & Associates, servicing corporate real estate clients and financial institutions nationwide. He provided conflict resolution services, mediated disagreements & negotiated terms.  A natural transition into the mortgage industry found Mark not only excelling individually as a consistent top producer, but also managing his own branch of skilled loan officers.  

As previously mentioned, Mark’s most recent accomplishment was a return to JP Morgan Chase where he managed a newly emergent Short Sale division within the loss mitigation department.  Understanding the timeliness as our current real estate market takes shape, this short sale knowledge proves to be an invaluable asset. 

Mark’s career accomplishments are many, however, his pride and joy is his family. Mark has been married to his beautiful wife, Michelle, for over 12 years, and they have 4 amazing children.  As a committed husband and father, he also finds value in serving his Church family as well as making time volunteering and coaching youth team sports in his community. 

Mark is committed to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, and enthusiasm.
